Berwick WorkSpace is a flagship business incubation centre located in the centre of Berwick Upon Tweed in Northumberland. It comprises 35 individual offices for rent on a flexible licence agreement basis, and its state of the art facilities include a 50 seat conference room, virtual office facilities and business incubation services.

Individual offices range in size from 10 to 59 sq m (108 to 635 sq ft) and there are two allocated disabled parking spaces on site, a 50m walk from the main entrance. Ample town centre parking is available only a short walk away in Coxons Lane, and at Castlegate car park and Church Street. Short stay parking can be found at Chapel Street, The Parade and Eastern Lane. Pedestrian access is from Marygate and Walkergate.

Providing a focus for the promotion of enterprise and business growth and development in the surrounding region, Berwick WorkSpace is a unique modern building designed by Malcolm Fraser Architects of Edinburgh. Local materials such as Scottish Larch and Doddington stone have been used in the construction of the building which occupies a prime location in the town centre, with many offices having views over Berwick and the surrounding area.

The centre is managed by NBSL and is a Northumberland County Council project which is also part funded by the European Regional Development Fund 2007-13.
