Businesses Chance to preview Flagship Centre

Berwick WorkSpaceAs interest spirals in Berwick’s £3.75m flagship enterprise centre, businesses from the area are being invited to preview the building prior to its launch later this month.

Established and start-up businesses keen to snap up office space in the new Berwick WorkSpace on Walkergate are being urged to attend a pre-launch event at the centre on Tuesday 15th April.

Those attending will learn more about the building and the benefits of moving their business there which include low cost rents and valuable on-site support services offered by the centre management team, TEDCO (Tyneside Economic Development Company).

The event also marks the milestone date set when firm enquiries for office space can formally be taken as rental prices for units have now been set.

Andrew Martin, Berwick WorkSpace centre manager, said:

“The event will give businesses the opportunity to find out more information about Berwick WorkSpace and have a guided tour of the facilities available. The centre is looking great and we can’t wait to open the doors to the business community in and around Berwick.

Andrew added:

"At Berwick WorkSpace we aim to provide the right help to the right enterprise at the right time in their development and aim to become the centre for enterprise in Berwick town centre. We will provide an outstanding professional service while generating a friendly nurturing environment for businesses to grow and develop with a network of support and encouragement."

Starting at 6.00pm until 8.00pm, the event will provide information about renting office space in the state-of-the-art building which houses 35 units between 10 - 55 square metres, conferencing facilities and meeting rooms. Refreshments will be provided.
